If you are a tax-exempt organization, we can help tag your account with tax exempt status. Here's what to do.
First, if you do not have an account, Create An Account
Next, contact us and attach your tax-exempt documentation. Note the e-mail address that your account is under.
We will verify your document and mark your account as "tax exempt". From there, you will not be charged sales tax on any orders.
If you placed an order before being marked as tax exempt we can refund the tax amount if you contact us with your documentation. Future orders will not be taxed after your account is marked exempt.
