Ok- check all items upon arrival We ordered two sets of magnets for a political campaign. Our first 1,000 turned out great but our re-order of 500 had about 20 magnets that look like they got caught in the printing machines, streaks & almost burnt looking. I called customer service but no return call was made and by that point the time we had to use them was ending.
