If your tracking number is not working, don't worry!
Solution: Wait until evening hours to let UPS get a chance to scan your package and register it in their system.
Our shipping department works all hours of the day, but UPS only picks up in the afternoons.
This means that your order could be assigned a fresh tracking number in the morning, but not be registered with UPS until several hours later in the afternoon.
Don't worry though, your shipment is on time and scheduled to be delivered as expected.
If it has been 24 hours since your tracking number was generated and it still is not working, please contact us to look into the matter further.
