After ordering custom stickers or custom magnets, free proofs for your products will be sent within 48 hours of purchase. They are sent to the email address that is associated with payment for the order. You must reply in confirmation of the proof to begin the printing process. We will not print a design unless you're satisfied with the proof.
Please keep a look out in your SPAM and JUNK folders, as our proof emails may sometimes be flagged and hidden by your email provider causing delays in production time.
Custom sticker and magnet products designed in our online customizer tool receive an instant digital proof to approve before adding the design to cart. This serves as the free digital proof unless other alterations are required.
